What we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to the Field Notes newsletter. Signup and email delivery are handled by Beehiiv (beehiiv.com/privacy).
• Basic site analytics — this site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard request data (IP address, browser type) per GitHub’s privacy statement.

We do not run ads on this site, use tracking pixels of our own, or collect any other personal information.

How we use it

Your email is used solely to send the Field Notes newsletter and the free materials you signed up for. We never sell, rent, or share subscriber information with third parties.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from all future sends.

Third-party links

Our pages link to books on Amazon and cite external research sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
